Abstract: Der Beitrag fokussiert den Aspekt der Diagnostik in der Lehrpersonenbildung am Beispiel der Abklärung berufsspezifischer Sprachkompetenzen von angehenden Lehrpersonen. Im Unterschied zu anderen Studierenden müssen angehende Lehrpersonen nicht nur im Bereich der allgemeinen, sprachlichen Differenzierungsfähigkeit überprüft werden, sondern auch im Hinblick auf die Entwicklung ihrer fachbezogenen Sprachsensibilität und ihres fachlich-didaktischen Sprachbewusstseins, d.h. sie müssen über ein Modell bildungssprachlicher Kompetenzen als Grundlage eigenen und schulischen Lernens verfügen, sodass sie die kognitivsprachlichen Herausforderungen und Verarbeitungsprozesse beim Erwerb von Fachinhalten erkennen und benennen können. (DIPF/Orig.) ... : The paper focusses on the diagnosis of professional language skills among student teachers in their early years of training. As opposed to other students in higher education, students in teacher preparation programmes need to acquire and demonstrate not only general cognitive academic language proficiency but also a specific form of language awareness that is related to subject-matter learning and teaching. In order to achieve this goal, student teachers have to develop a model of academic language skills as the basis for both their own content-specific learning and the learning of their future learners in school. Only then will they be able to experience and identify the cognitive processes that underlie the acquisition of content knowledge and their difficulties. (DIPF/Orig.) ...
